Ontario Systems Enters into a Strategic Alliance with Microsoft

Ontario Systems, a provider of revenue cycle management and collection management solutions for the health care and debt management industries, has entered into a new strategic alliance with Microsoft Corporation that is expected to strengthen Ontario Systems' services and products.
Ontario officials said that by incorporating the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform into its software suite, the company’s clients will experience a more robust product line, greater efficiencies of scale, and a better-quality product - all driven by Microsoft's technology.

With this new alliance, the company will strengthen its position in the receivables management industry while providing clients with significant market advantages. Also, through Microsoft's innovative platform, clients can improve their overall cash flow and realize cost reductions and operational efficiencies.

"Retrieving cash in tough economic times takes innovation, market power and technological advancements," said Tony Reisz, president and CEO, Ontario Systems.

Reisz said that a strategic alliance like this one, between two market powerhouses, is what the industry needs to drive real change.

He said that besides creating and delivering the next generation in receivables management, the Microsoft platform enables the company to add powerful new advanced offerings in data integration, business intelligence, and communications - all key elements in helping the customers achieve their number one goal: reclaiming outstanding debt.

"Ontario Systems is adopting the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to help deliver high-value solutions across high-growth receivables management markets," said Brad Wilson, general manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Back in April, Ontario Systems announced a multi-year contract with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) for their Revenue Savvy offering.
The solution will be used to manage the Center's revenue cycle using tools to follow up on third-party claims and manage the claim denial process.
